Routing a Delaware County or Montgomery County Address to City of Philadelphia L&I
City of Philadelphia L&I covers only Philadelphia city-limit addresses. Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County, and Bucks County suburbs use their own county or municipal building departments. A plan set addressed to City of Philadelphia for a Montgomery County address is rejected immediately. AHJ confirmation is mandatory for every Philadelphia metro project.
Pennsylvania SREC Documentation Not Included in Plan Set Package
PA Solar AECs require system registration with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's PJM-GATS system to earn and sell credits. PECO vs PPL Electric — Some Philadelphia Suburbs Are PPL Territory
PECO primarily serves Philadelphia and the five-county area, but some outer suburbs may be served by PPL Electric Utilities. PPL and PECO have different interconnection applications.
